Do you Accept Credit Cards? Why does it offer Help for Credit Card payments?

A. No, at this time we only accept E-checks.

Q. If I make a Payment, will I avoid going on the "List"? A. Depending on when your payment is processed on the USBank website. Payments submitted after 1:00 pm local (CST) time may not result in the release of orders for the following day.
Q. Can I call the Credit Department to make a payment over the phone? A. Yes, the Credit department will be happy to take your information over the phone, please have a blank check or your bank routing number and your checking account number handy prior to calling.
Q. Can I check to see if a payment has been applied? A. Once you have made a payment, you will receive an email confirmation. You can enter the site at any time and check on the status of a payment by entering in that confirmation number. You can also call the Credit department the next day after making payment to check if it has cleared the system.
Q. Can I cancel a payment if I change my mind A. Yes, You can cancel a payment at any time by logging back in, clicking on check the status of my order and then entering your confirmation number and choosing cancel payment.

Q. Can I schedule payments for a certain date? A. Yes, You can enter a payment and schedule it to apply on a specific date.
Q. Can I avoid having to enter all my informaton over each time I make a payment? A. Yes, You can register on the USBank site by creating a user name and password. When you enter your information the first time, you have choice of registering. All banking and account information is housed on the US Bank secure site. We do not keep any of your banking information.
